Six Flags advert is a terrifying story for Halloween: “Tick Tick Tick”
The TMA agency was in charge of the advertising campaign

The Six Flags advert is a terrifying story worthy of the best horror movies.
Halloween is approaching and with it, brands are preparing to launch their most mischievous, fun and terrifying campaigns. This is the case of Six Flags, the American amusement park chain that has 27 parks in Mexico, the United States and Canada.
The chain wanted to boost the sale of golden passes for the different parks and to do so they have made this terrifying advertisement that has nothing to envy of the best films of the genre.
Six Flags – Tik Tik Tik
“Tick Tick Tick” is the title of the Six Flags advert made by the agency TMA and directed by John Suits. It is a five-minute short film where four friends are chased around their house by an evil clown.
The piece is recorded as if it were a real horror movie and seeks to connect with teenagers and young adults to acquire a golden pass for the Six Flags parks. The story tells us how a clown begins to make life impossible for four friends who decide to go to one of the amusement parks for Halloween.
With truly chilling scenes, the technical execution is not to be envied by the great films of the genre, with scares, jumpscares and paranormal activities that will delight horror fans.
Harris Wilkinson, chief creative officer of TMA commented: “A visit to Six Flags for Halloween is an unforgettable experience. The commercial brings the tension and terror of the experiences at Six Flags parks directly to the fans’ homes to remind them that they should not wait for fear.”
For her part, Stella Smith, VP of advertising & creative services at Six Flags Entertainment Co.: “Halloween is having a huge moment in the cultural arena, so we thought it was the right time to launch a spot that would imbue our fans with the true spirit of Halloween.”
