Cannes Advertising Lions | Winners

All the winners of Cannes Advertising Festival, the Oscars of advertising.

June arrives, and with it comes the Cannes Festival of Creativity and Advertising. Known as the Oscars of advertising, the event takes place in Cannes and celebrates the best ads of the year across more than 30 categories. The awards are divided into Shortlist, Bronze Lions, Silver Lions, Gold Lions, and the Grand Prix, which is the highest honor in each category. There’s also the Titanium Grand Prix, awarded to groundbreaking ideas that challenge conventional creativity.

“Caption with Intention,” by FCB Chicago for the Chicago Hearing Society, Rakish Entertainment, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and “Three Words,” by Publicis Conseil for Axa, were the big winners at the competition. The United States remains the dominant country, with eight awards. France, with six, and Brazil, with five, are close behind.
