HeadSpace Commercial encourages us to find our mental space
The HeadSpace commercial wants to send a message of optimism in the return to normality.
Mental health is one of the great battles that, to a greater or lesser extent, we will all have to face. The harshness of the pandemic and the lockdown has taken a toll on many people who must get ahead despite everything.
One of the ways to take care of our mental health is through meditation and mindfulness. Of applications for our smartphone we find the strip, and HeadSpace is one of the leading platforms that provides guided sessions. The app has more than two million people in 150 countries since it was created in 2010 in the UK.
The platform created by Andy Puddicombe and Rich Pierson has launched an advertising campaign to communicate the importance of being well in the face of the new times that are to come.
The HeadSpace commercial is titled “Find some headspace” and has been created by the advertiser himself. A thirty-second spot with images that remind us of the moments we have spent during confinement and the pandemic. And they encourage us to find a little space for ourselves, even if it’s only for a few minutes.
The voiceovers are from the different types of people who have found help in the app. At the same time, they break a spear in favor of meditation and its benefits, such as helping you fall asleep.
The HeadSpace commercial wants to help us connect with ourselves and take care of one of the most essential aspects: mental health.
